Fulfilment protocols, estate access, and storage guidelines for Brews
1. Baking Schedule & Preferred Date Fulfilment
Operating & Baking Hours: Fresh Baking & Dispatch: Mon – Sun: 06:00 – 14:00.
Every batch of Brews Liege waffles is baked fresh to order in Ballito using real butter and authentic Belgian pearl sugar.
When placing your order on WhatsApp, you may select your preferred delivery or collection date. Orders are confirmed once payment is received so ingredients and batch capacity can be allocated.
2. Ballito Estate Access & Gate Protocol
We deliver across Ballito, Salt Rock, Simbithi Eco Estate, Zimbali Coastal Estate, Brettenwood Coastal Estate, and Seaward Estate.
For gated estate deliveries, customers must provide a valid gate access code or ensure security has been notified prior to the scheduled delivery drop.
If a driver cannot access the estate after reasonable attempts, the order will be held at our central kitchen collection point for same-day collection.
3. Cold-Chain, Shelf Life & 2-Minute Reactivation
Because our Liege waffles are crafted without artificial preservatives or chemical stabilisers, proper storage ensures maximum freshness:
• Refrigerator: Keep refrigerated in airtight packaging for up to 5 days.
• Freezer: Freeze for up to 6 months.
• 2-Minute Air-Fryer Reactivation: Heat in an air-fryer at 180°C for 2 minutes (or oven bake for 3 minutes). The Belgian pearl sugar reactivates and the crust turns delightfully crisp.
4. Quality Guarantee & Damaged Delivery Protocol
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, if your package arrives compromised, damaged, or incorrect, please message us on WhatsApp (072 574 9629) within 4 hours of delivery with a photo. We will immediately replace your order or issue a refund.
