This policy governs personal data collected when you browse our catalogue, place orders through WhatsApp, request custom or event orders, or arrange local collections.
2. Personal Information Collected
To process orders, arrange fulfilment, and issue purchase receipts, we collect:
• Customer contact details: Full name, WhatsApp phone number, and email address.
• Fulfilment details: Physical delivery address, suburb, estate name, and gate access instructions.
• Order details: Selected waffle items, quantities, and requested delivery dates.
3. Lawful Processing & Estate Access Security
Your information is processed strictly to fulfil purchase and delivery requests:
• Confirming order availability and coordinating dispatch via WhatsApp.
• Any gate access codes provided for estate entry (Zimbali, Simbithi, Brettenwood, etc.) are used exclusively on the confirmed delivery day and are deleted once delivery is complete.
• We will never sell, lease, or share your personal data with third parties.
